Qualifications

• An active listener who continuously communicates and builds trusting relationships

• Demonstrates a relentless mindset to always want to go above and beyond

• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a genuine desire to help people make life changing decisions

• Knowledgeable about local market and ability to guide clients through the real estate journey
• Complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam

• No college degree is required

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations.
• Guide clients through the real estate journey; prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts
• Organize and oversee open houses

• Be a client’s trusted advisor regarding mortgage options and assist in completing the requisite paperwork to expedite the home buying process

• Attend closing dates and provide support for clients

• Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events

Prospective C21 real estate agents can expect to invest approximately $1,500 to $2,500 in their education, licensing, testing, and required association fees. It typically takes between four and six months for the average agent to get their real estate license. Attending virtual classes, depending on availability, can take as little as eight weeks.

C21 Advantage wants to invest in YOU. We will be there for you throughout the license obtaining process. Upon completing the necessary steps and receiving your license, we will reimburse those successful new agents that join our team.
